Content Strategy

Marketing & Analysis

The underlying plan determines what content you publish, where, and why. It's not about writing as much as possible, but about writing the right thing for the right target audience. A content strategy considers what your ideal customers are searching for, what questions they have, and where they are in their decision-making process. It connects SEO , value proposition, and brand voice into a cohesive whole.

A content strategy answers three questions before the first text is written: Who are we writing for, what question are we answering, and what should happen afterward? Without this clarification, texts are created that neither bother nor move anyone.

In practice, a simple table keeps everything organized: search term, search intent, target page, responsible party, deadline. Twelve topics per year are realistic for most companies, meaning one per month. More important than the number is consistency: if there are three posts on a topic but no corresponding page to link to, all the work on the blog is wasted.
